This stuff is WD40 for joints. Within a week of starting the drops, I could stand on my bike pedals to get going with less pain in my knees. I can bend to pick up litter in the park without feeling and looking like a stiff little old lady. My joints are still 74 year old joints, but the arthritis pain in my shoulder is less, and I can lift and reach for things in my cupboards. I am very pleased.
