Joint Grease® is extremely easy to use. It consists of 2 products, Step 1 and Step 2. Joint Grease® Step 1 should be used for 2 months or 3 boxes worth. After that, you can shift to Joint Grease® Step 2 which can be used for as long as you like. Joint Grease® Step 1 contains capsules and liquid drops. Take 1 Joint Grease® capsule twice daily with meals, and take 5 drops of Joint Grease® liquid with any drink. Do this each day for your first 2 months or 3 boxes worth.

Step 1 contains Joint Grease® capsules and Joint Grease® liquid drops, whereas Step 2 contains just the Joint Grease® liquid drops. Step 1 is designed to help get joint pain under control quickly through the use of Joint Grease® capsules. The capsules contain fast acting ingredients that bring about results quickly. Joint Grease® liquid drops on the other hand work over a longer period of time. It typically takes 4-6 weeks for Joint Grease® liquid drops to exert their full effect. By combining Joint Grease® capsules and liquid drops you get fast acting results and the long-term healing process started.

Joint Grease® Step 1 should be used for approximately 2 months or 3 boxes worth. Once you have finished your third box you can shift to Joint Grease® Step 2 which includes just the liquid drops.

Joint Grease® Step 2 can be used for as long as you like. We recommend using it daily to help maintain the health of your joints. If you stop using Joint Grease® and find your results diminish, simply resume taking Joint Grease® as quickly as possible.
