If you haven't used Joint Grease® before, start with Joint Grease® Step 1. Joint Grease® Step 1 consists of two products, Joint Grease® capsules and Joint Grease® Solution (liquid drops). For the first 63 days, take one capsule twice daily with food and add 5 drops of Joint Grease® to any liquid and use first thing in the morning at least 10 minutes before your first meal. Do no use grapefruit juice with Joint Grease® Solution.

Joint Grease® Step 2 is used after your initial 63 day use of the Joint Grease® Step 1. Used daily, Joint Grease® Solution (liquid drops) provides long-term support for sore or painful joints. During Step 2 there are no pills to take, just 5 drops a day of tasteless, odourless Joint Grease® solution mixed with water or juice.
